Hi, I'm Kris.

At my core, I’m truly happiest when I’m working with like-minded individuals who see the importance in bringing more of WHO WE ARE into WHAT WE DO. We want our life to resonate in a way that makes us feel like we’ve contributed to the larger whole in a really good way.

I help women cultivate and live from their signature strengths so they can show up strong for their many roles.

Let's get centered, feel strong, and live inspired, even when life feels hard. I combine the most progressive coaching techniques, with my background in counseling, and my own battle-tested experience to create a unique coaching experience for my clients.

My Philosophy

I come from a background of you can do anything you set your mind to. Most of the time we are stuck in our minds of what it is "I should be" doing instead of taking action on commitments that fulfill you. I believe food is medicine and changing our diets and incorporating more healthy food for your body (each individual is different) and listening to what works for you and what does not. I also understand that our bodies change over time depending on many factors that happen in life be it, moving, family births or deaths, stressful jobs, amazing jobs, kids, teenagers, older parents and the list can go on. How we experience life day to day impacts our health and how we react to those situations. I am a big proponent of self-care and putting yourself first when possible so you can be your best self for others around you.

Keeping new habits are hard but not if they are the right ones for you. I look for progress not perfection. I often deploy the 90/10 rule in my life and I dial it back when I think I am going over that 10% as I know my body, mind and soul thrives more when I stick to those parameters. What are your parameters in life that help you stay in balance?  How do you know when to take a step back? These are questions that I work with clients on figuring out and guide them on deploying strategies that help them find their balance.
