What I have learned....
We all take different journeys to find well being and you may go sideways, straight, backwards or completely stalled at times. I find that connecting with others and being with a coach helps hold me accountable to keep me moving forward even when I don't want to. Oftentimes we are blocking ourselves without even realizing it. When "ah ha" moments occur with clients (or myself) they are often the breakthroughs that motivate someone to reach the goals in their life.
